Well, war and revolution aren't my entire stock in trade, but otherwise that's more or less the shape of it. Once you've become unhooked in Time the way I have, it's hard to stay anywhere for long, so I thought I might as well make myself useful.

Usually? Not voluntarily. They might get displaced from their native time-stream by a disruption in the megaflow or chronoflow, or else an attempt to travel through time puts them in unexpected eras.

Frankly, I don't recommend it. The League was formed by those of us who were able to exert control over our movements through Time, to help others who became displaced.
