A police force watching over the Dark Others. That would be...those vampires, shifters, demons who chose the Dark, rather than the Light.

No, not at all. I do not hunt vampires. I only enforce the law. If they have their licenses and they do not break the Truce, then I pass them in the street and cannot do anything.

But all Others have to obey the Truce. There is also a Day Watch.
