065 - Claustrophobia!
[She meant to filter this to Adam and maybe Peter. That didn't happen. It's totally public.]
Let me out.
Oh god, it's getting worse.
Let me out.
Oh god, it's getting worse.

[Dear God, Elle was such a child at times. It was adorable, but very annoying. He smirked slightly at the shove.]
"I'm a guy you know."
no subject
She paused, then gave him a more worried look.] "Should we... not be doing this, then? 'Cause you're not just a toy and I think that might make him even madder."
no subject
"Honestly? I don't give a fuck what Peter thinks. Make out with as many guys as you want if it pisses Peter off."
[With that, Adam leaned towards Elle and kissed her, intent on picking up where they left off.]
no subject
"But I care what Peter thinks," [Elle insisted between kisses. She rolled over so she was on top of Adam, straddling him, and sent a light jolt of electricity into his chest.]

"It is fun, though. Isn't it?"
[With a smirk, she leaned down to kiss him, bracing one hand by the side of his head and cupping the back of his neck with the other.
Elle rarely thought ahead, but she was suddenly struck by the fact that this might be the last time she got to kiss Adam, all because of this idiotic conscience she'd grown when it came to Peter. Better make it count, then.]

[He loved doing this to Elle. He loved just kissing her without caring about anything. He returned the kiss, making it as passionate as he could.]
no subject
"I love you," [she mumbled, just to see how it would feel saying it to Adam.
It didn't seem... wrong. Adam was, well, her only friend, really. She'd known him as long as she could remember, which wasn't that long, but... he had to have been around before then, too, because even when she couldn't remember why she kept coming back to him.
But it wasn't quite the same as saying it to Peter. For some reason.]
"But I don't know what that means."
[She slumped against him with tiny noise of frustration. Why did life have to be so complicated?]
no subject
As Elle slumped against him, Adam petted her on the shoulder.]
"There, there." [He said, sighing slightly. Oh Elle. Poor girl. He knew about her 'childhood' or lack thereof. Just the thought that maybe if Bob had actually spent the time to raise her, then she might be less messed up, less confused.]
"There are different types of love, you know."
no subject
[Well, she knew there was romantic love and platonic love, and that romantic love came with sex and platonic love didn't, and there were probably some other differences too but as far as she could tell the main one was whether or not she wanted to see the other person naked.
The trouble was figuring out what category Adam fit under.
She pulled herself up so she was hovering over him and smiled.]
"You'll still love me even if we're not doing this anymore?" [she asked, leaning down to kiss him again.]
no subject
Of course he would still love her. He always would. But Peter? Getting in the way more than usual? That was pissing Adam off more than it should. And the fact that it was pissing him off pissed him off even more.]
"Of course I'll still love you." [he replied, kissing her back.]
no subject
[Elle kept on kissing him, not quite ready to stop yet. Peter was being a stick in the mud anyway, which... probably justified her kissing Adam somehow.]
no subject
That didn't matter right now. He continued to kiss Elle.]
no subject
"Oh, by the way," [she said quickly, pulling away. In her confusion over Peter, she'd almost forgotten the idea she'd had. And this was an idea that was really only shareable with Adam.]
"I thought maybe if I could steal some of Veronica's clothes, I could pass myself off as her. Create a little mayhem. Whadaya think?"
no subject
As Elle pulled away Adam sat up slightly. As she explained her plan, he raised an eyebrow, smiling at Elle.] "That is a brilliant plan." [However, past encounters with Veronica had caused Adam to err on the side of caution.]
"Be careful of her boyfriend though. His name's Logan or something. I beat the shit out of him. If you don't have a foolproof cover, he might call you on it. Also, her father has a pitbull. I'm not sure if the dad's on the boat anymore, but the dog might still be."
no subject
[Annoying Lauren was actually the whole point to this little scheme. If Elle could use her disguise to her own advantage somehow, that'd be great, but really she wanted to get back at Lauren for making this flood worse. And get back at Veronica for being a bitch.]
no subject
[Adam was impartial to Lauren. She was just another girl. She seemed like she had a stick constantly up her ass-maybe this would be good for her.]
"Did you know that in Lauren's world, there's apparently someone who looks like me? I've got a twin also."
[It didn't matter at all to Elle's plan-it was just a tidbit. However, Adam had found it interesting. How many people here had twins?]
no subject
"Think you could use that to mess with her, or did you already get the most out of it?"
no subject
no subject
"Yeah?"
[She didn't particularly need him to repeat it, so instead of waiting for a response she leaned in and kissed him again. A little part of her brain was reminding her about Peter and why he was mad at her, but one more kiss that he'd never find out about wouldn't hurt.]

"What'll we do with her? I mean, if I'm pretending to be her warden, you think I can... take her stuff or... I dunno, keep her locked in her room or something? What'd be fun?"
no subject
"Both of those sound good. Maybe you can take something that's really important to her. I think that she'd just bitch if you kept her locked in her room."
[Wow, that was a lame suggestion. As for the thing that would be important to Lauren, Adam had no idea.]
no subject
[Elle was pretty much thinking aloud, rattling off whatever ideas popped into her head.]
no subject
[Adam was basically doing the same thing as Elle.]
