"Maybe all the good-looking people have twins out there somewhere. And one or two of the not-so-good-looking, come to think of it," [she added, remembering that Libby had had a twin.]

"Think you could use that to mess with her, or did you already get the most out of it?"

"Oh I already messed with her." [Adam said, smirking. It was worth it.] "She's good in bed. Not as good as you, of course."

[Elle bit her lip and smiled. She didn't really care who Adam slept with as long as he remembered who he belonged to. And a compliment like that was pretty great.]

"Yeah?"

[She didn't particularly need him to repeat it, so instead of waiting for a response she leaned in and kissed him again. A little part of her brain was reminding her about Peter and why he was mad at her, but one more kiss that he'd never find out about wouldn't hurt.]

[Adam opened his mouth to respond, but Elle leaned in instead. Smiling to himself, he kissed her back, thinking solely about her. This was great.]

[Elle pulled back after a few moments of enjoyable kissing, smiling at him.]

"What'll we do with her? I mean, if I'm pretending to be her warden, you think I can... take her stuff or... I dunno, keep her locked in her room or something? What'd be fun?"

[Adam frowned, thinking for a moment.]

"Both of those sound good. Maybe you can take something that's really important to her. I think that she'd just bitch if you kept her locked in her room."

[Wow, that was a lame suggestion. As for the thing that would be important to Lauren, Adam had no idea.]

"Yeah. I guess we'll see what comes up. Who knows, maybe wardens have all these cool powers. Maybe I could steal her journal and that... item thing, too. Maybe I could do something really bad and everybody would think it was her."

[Elle was pretty much thinking aloud, rattling off whatever ideas popped into her head.]

"That sounds good. What is her item thing though? How would you be able to tell? I never really found out what Morgan's item was and I only knew what her journal was because it looked like a journal."

[Adam was basically doing the same thing as Elle.]

"I dunno, maybe it... looks like... special."

[Okay, that was dumb. The wardens' items probably just looked like random knick-knacks lying around in their rooms. After all, she'd never seen anything in Peter's room that screamed 'I'm an item, steal me!']

"Whatever, I can at least look for it. But you'll have to teach me how to pick a lock, otherwise I won't be able to get in."

"Easy."

[It actually was easy for Adam to teach Elle how to pick a lock. He had been doing things like this for four hundred years, he had gotten pretty good at it. At least, good enough to teach her.]

"When should we start?"

"Any time you like," [Elle said in her most suggestive tone of voice, smirking at him.]

"How about now?" [Adam replied, returning that smirk.]

[And so Adam taught Elle how to pick a lock. Seeing as Kates is not a delinquient at all and wold probably break the lock in the process, we're just glassing over this section.]

"You think you understand?"

[Elle couldn't wait to try out her exciting new skill! After she made sure Peter wasn't mad at her anymore, she would definitely be paying Veronica's room a visit.]

[Leaning over towards Elle, Adam gave her one more kiss.]

[Elle was totally going to make Adam SO PROUD of her. So she returned the kiss almost giddily, she was so excited.]

[After a while, they broke apart]

"Need any other help or can we just keep kissing?"

[Elle grinned and grabbed hold of the waistband of Adam's pants.]

"I'll go with option two."

[She tugged him back towards the bed. Yeah, okay, she shouldn't be doing this. But... last make-out session. Probably.]

[Adam went along with Elle, perfectly fine that he was being yanked towards the bed. A make-out session with Elle was perfectly fine in his mind.]
