Anyone else feel like my glorious warden and his cronies deserve to get fed to something nasty for thinking that port was a "vacation?"

Come on guys, if you wanted to see girl-on-girl spanking action, you should've just asked. But then if you could get anything resembling sex around here, I guess you wouldn't need to visit Hooker City, would you?

Now, sure, I hate the Admiral as much as the next gal, but I think I'll sleep better knowing that my afterlife isn't being dictated by a bunch of drunken little boys who think a feces-soaked city full of slavers, Xena-era STDs, and... oh yeah, volcanoes is a good idea. Next time there's a mutiny, let's aim to put someone competent in the captain's chair.

Elle... What she did to you, that isn't real change. No matter how much it might have felt real, you can't-- people don't work that way. That's why they may not want to listen to you.

You've got to earn their trust, and if you're really serious about it, you've got a long road ahead of you.

I know it's not real, but it just helped me understand stuff. I still don't get all of it, but it started me thinking. And... I know I'm not gonna turn into one of the goodguys overnight, but I don't even know how to start. How am I supposed to earn people's trust if they all ignore me or call me names or laugh at me?

I need some pointers or something, I guess. This whole redemption thing is... I dunno, it's scary.

People are gonna do that for a long time, and the best you can hope for is to break past their cynicism. Being sincere and sticking to it's a good start, but more importantly, you've got to prove them wrong about you.

Have you tried sitting down and talking to the people who're laughing at you? Not on the journals, I mean, but face-to-face.
