Honeymoon's over, Duckie. I'm sure you and Elle Prefect will be very happy together, but I'm not her. Dunno who went and signed that marriage license, but my name's Bishop, so it couldn't've been me.

....you're the one who married me! It was legal and real! I have witnesses! Why do you have to keep fighting this? I mean, really!

No, Elle Prefect married you. I have no clue who that is. My name is Elle Bishop. I've got, like, documents and stuff that prove it.

Then your name must have been Elle Prefect when I married you! That makes the marriage legal, even if you changed your name back afterwards!

Besides, the priest said the union was secure in the eyes of God! Priests never say things like that unless the marriage is real!

Prove it. My name's Bishop. Always has been.

Unless you can produce a marriage license, you can't prove you're married to anyone. And I think it got left at that port...

I'm pretty sure her name was never legally 'Elle Prefect', but I'm sure if you can find a legal document saying her name was changed to 'Elle Prefect' and back again...

However, if you're simply harassing my inmate simply because she has the same first name as your wife, I'm afraid I'll have to speak with your warden.

Watch Lilah simultaneously tout for future business and blind you with legal terms!

Speaking as Ms Bishop's virtually appointed legal representative, I'm afraid she's quite correct and any such contract, even if belatedly located, would be considered null and void by a court of law.

Furthermore, our present transdimensional platform (hereafter referred to as 'the barge') was almost certainly not covered by any allegedly agreed terms, outside of said location's governed boundaries.

Peter approves of this post!
