Yes, a word. I know you weren't yourself yesterday, but my point about honesty still stands. If you want us to get on, you have to be honest to me. I want to be able to trust your word above anything else. There will, undoubtedly, be consequences for doing something wrong, but I still value honesty above anything else.

Also, if Dean is troubling you, tell me. I'll get him to back off. If anyone is troubling you, for that matter.

General PSA, I would say. But I just wanted to make it perfectly clear that honesty was the most important thing, and I would always prefer to know about you doing something wrong than you try to hide it from me.
